A register of UK educational institutions, compiled from various sources of data.
Note that different regions of the uk use differing types of ID, as detailed in the ID column.
Also different regions list state managed schools differently. In England and Scotland these are listed as local authority. In Wales, community, voluntary aided, voluntary controlled, and foundation schools are all local authority funded with varying degress of LA control. In Northern Ireland schools are either controlled, controlled integrated, grant mainatined integrated, grant aided, other maintained, Roman Catholic maintained or voluntary, for more details on the types in NI see: https://www.education-ni.gov.uk/articles/information-school-types-northern-ireland
Note that this register does not currently contain information for Scotland's independent schools
